What you'll do

• Assist the Shift Supervisor with daily production activities and workflow
• guide machine operators and production employees
• troubleshoot equipment and production issues
• operate production equipment as needed
• train and coach employees on machine operation, safety, quality, and processes
• monitor schedules, job tickets, and work instructions
• identify quality concerns and assist with corrective actions
• monitor efficiency and recommend improvements
• assist with supply inventory and departmental documentation.
