Diet Clerk — Full Time

The Diet Clerk role is onsite at Dunwoody Village in Newtown Square, PA. The schedule is 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. with rotating weekends; pay is $16–$18 per hour. The role supports patient services and clinical nutrition functions for Unidine. The role exists to manage patient menus and diet-office tasks so selections align with prescribed diets, patient preferences, and facility requirements, while supporting accurate and timely nutrition services.

What you'll do

• Distribute and collect menus
• assist patients with menu selections in accordance with prescribed diets
• offer permitted alternatives for allergies, sensitivities, and preferences
• plan regular and modified menus using the current diet manual
• prepare and distribute supplements, tube feedings, and enteral formula
• complete documentation
• follow confidentiality, HIPAA, infection-control, and regulatory requirements.
