What you'll do

• Own avionics thermal management across V-BAT
• define thermal architecture, requirements, environments, and interfaces
• develop and review heat-transfer and fluid-flow models using calculations and CFD tools
• lead trade studies, architecture decisions, and risk assessments
• define qualification and verification strategy
• plan tests and correlate models with test data
• influence electrical and PCBA design
• author thermal specifications and statements of work
• provide technical direction to suppliers
• lead design-review content
• mentor engineers and drive thermal risks to closure.
