What you'll do
- Provide hardware, software, and network support

- assist with ERP, MES, and QMS maintenance
- monitor systems and perform routine updates
- support data integrity, backups, and basic cybersecurity
- maintain documentation
- assist with employee onboarding and offboarding
- support implementations, upgrades, testing, training, and access control.
