What you'll do

• Maintain NAEYC accreditation standards
• develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans
• promote physical, social, emotional, and intellectual growth through play and hands-on activities
• foster an inclusive classroom and manage behavior using positive reinforcement
• observe and assess development
• support children with varying abilities or special needs
• communicate with families and share progress reports
• supervise activities and teach hygiene
• collaborate with staff
• maintain attendance, progress, compliance, and child records
• provide feedback and evaluations for assistant teachers and aides.
