What you'll do

• Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, insurance adjusters, supporting witnesses, and medical providers
• represent clients at hearings, mediations, trials, and depositions
• assess claims and advise prospective clients
• manage case files from inception to completion
• lead litigation strategy and first-chair jury and bench trials
• oversee trial preparation, motions, experts, discovery, and settlement positioning
• supervise and develop attorneys
• strengthen firm litigation systems and standards
• contribute to referral relationships and business development.
