What you'll do

• Supervise and schedule the Inventory Specialist and Inventory Assistant
• review inventory reports
• establish inventory-control policies and procedures
• maintain the inventory system and lead improvements
• oversee physical audits and resolve discrepancies
• prepare monthly reports and reconciliations
• coordinate inventory costs with Accounting
• ensure materials are available for scheduled jobs
• oversee purchase orders, receiving, shipment tracking, vendor contacts, loaner equipment, and shipping
• hire, train, mentor, and evaluate staff.
