What you'll do

• Investigate and characterize NAND flash devices to identify failure root causes and improvement opportunities
• perform electrical fault isolation and defect characterization using testers, oscilloscopes, curve tracers, schematics, and layout analysis
• use physical analysis to validate electrical findings
• develop failure models and communicate recommendations
• collaborate with design, device, process integration, product, reliability, and test teams
• develop methodologies, automation tools, and laboratory capabilities.
