What you'll do

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors
• monitor access points, verify credentials and authorization, process visitors and contractors, and maintain access-related records
• respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations and escalate concerns through established channels
• conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, business areas, and perimeter locations
• follow post orders, client policies, and company procedures.
