What you'll do

• Define digital experience strategy for assigned CBRE web properties, including Arc and related platforms
• analyze property-listing experiences across countries and recommend improvements
• guide user experience evolution for business development, lead generation, and client engagement
• collaborate with marketing, brand, content, product, and technology teams
• contribute to CMS strategy, web architecture, and governance
• support integrated email, lead-nurturing, SEO/SEM, retargeting, and account-based marketing
• use data and user research to improve engagement and ROI
• contribute to KPIs and measurement frameworks
• monitor AI, automation, and personalization trends.
