What you'll do

• Provide onsite support for Windows and Mac desktops and mobile devices
• install, configure, repair, and maintain devices, software, and MDM solutions
• resolve help desk tickets
• perform basic network troubleshooting and port activation
• diagnose issues and coordinate OEM parts or service
• support special events and inpatient telemedicine/audio-visual equipment
• update asset records and support audits
• collaborate with engineering and service desk teams
• train end users
• document solutions
• mentor junior team members
• participate in IT projects and AI-driven workflow improvements.
