What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, companionship, ambulation, and transfers
• perform light housekeeping
• plan and prepare meals
• drive clients to appointments as needed
• provide medication reminders
• take and record vital signs as needed
• follow nurses’ orders for the Hospital at Home program.
