What you'll do

• Advise leaders on organization design, role clarity, workforce planning, and talent priorities
• coach managers and employees on performance, conflict, accommodations, leaves, and workplace concerns
• support investigations
• lead performance, talent, succession, and development processes
• partner on compensation and leveling
• support organizational changes and offboarding
• gather employee feedback
• coordinate people programs with People Operations and Recruiting
• use workforce data to identify trends and risks
• maintain confidential case documentation.
