What you'll do

• Oversee planning and delivery of property and building condition assessments, reserve studies, and FEMA support projects
• manage preparation of condition reports
• ensure work follows ASTM E2018-15, FEMA guidelines, and applicable standards
• oversee capital forecasts, repair estimates, and reserve schedules
• coordinate post-disaster assessments
• establish quality assurance procedures
• serve as a senior technical resource and client contact
• develop growth plans
• pursue business opportunities
• build client and partner relationships
• and represent the company at industry events.
