The Family Medicine Physician role is onsite in Greenville, PA, in a full-time outpatient primary care setting. Base salary is $220,000+ based on experience, with student loan repayment eligibility up to $75,000. The role supports a mission-driven community healthcare organization serving a local Pennsylvania population. The physician provides comprehensive primary care across the lifespan, manages preventive care and chronic disease treatment plans, and supports continuity of care through long-term patient relationships. The physician works with interdisciplinary support staff and clinical teams in a structured outpatient environment.
