What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day Emergency Department operations
• supervise ED nurses and support personnel
• collaborate with healthcare leadership on staff education programs
• design, coordinate, and conduct training sessions and workshops
• evaluate educational outcomes
• mentor ED staff
• participate in ED quality improvement
• ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and hospital requirements
• provide nursing call coverage in rotation with other nursing leaders, including one in five weekends and one night per week when fully staffed.
