What you'll do

• Lead retail growth strategy and execution
• win national accounts and support regional sellers
• develop the retail value proposition and commercial terms
• create opportunities for the Recognition Platform
• partner with product leaders to translate customer input into product-market fit
• coordinate cross-functional vertical solutions
• scale retail B2B marketing and industry presence
• develop strategic partnerships
• co-lead the vertical product and service roadmap
• establish growth reporting and dashboards.
