What you'll do

• File monthly and quarterly state and local sales taxes
• manage resident and tenant accounts receivable and deposits
• oversee lease financial management and money movement
• administer payroll and employee onboarding and offboarding
• manage accounts payable, reimbursements, expense audits, insurance policies, QuickBooks Online tasks, property taxes, LLC maintenance, PTO audits, employment contract renewals, KPI analysis sheets, and finance projects.
