What you'll do

• Investigate and evaluate claims
• interpret policy provisions
• calculate benefits and process claim-related financial activities
• document claim files
• communicate with claimants, policyholders, and physicians
• coordinate with an LTD Examiner and technical resources
• and refer matters outside authority for review.
