Clinical Manager, Fertility Clinics

The Clinical Manager role is onsite in Menlo Park, CA, and San Mateo, CA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM and occasional flexibility to support clinic hours. Compensation is $130,000–$175,000 per year. The role supports Reproductive Science Center of the San Francisco Bay Area, part of US Fertility’s physician-led fertility practice network. This manager leads local operations across two clinics, aligning staffing, patient experience, quality, financial performance, and workflows. The role translates physician and practice priorities into consistent site execution and supports high-quality fertility care and practice growth.

What you'll do

• Lead operations at two assigned clinics
• supervise and develop staff
• manage site performance, budgets, labor, and expenses
• partner with physicians
• standardize workflows
• improve patient flow and satisfaction
• oversee staffing coverage, including weekends, holidays, and the after-hours RN on-call rotation
• support education, compliance, quality improvement, recruitment, and cross-site initiatives.
