What you'll do

• Give studio tours and convert prospects into members
• sell memberships, upgrades, and retail products
• follow up with leads by calls and texts
• work toward individual and studio sales goals
• build member relationships
• help create social media content and promote the studio locally
• participate in community outreach, events, and partnerships
• keep the studio clean and organized
• assist with daily operations and member needs
• participate in sales training and coaching.
