The teller serves as a first point of contact, processing member transactions accurately while building trusting relationships. The role also supports account questions, digital banking assistance, branch operations, compliance, security, and referrals to appropriate credit union services.

What you'll do

• Greet members and respond to inquiries
• process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and transfers
• balance the cash drawer and verify cash, endorsements, identification, and account information
• identify and report suspicious activity
• assist with member information updates and account questions
• help troubleshoot debit cards and digital banking
• follow BSA, AML, identity verification, confidentiality, and security procedures
• assist with ATM balancing, vault access, and end-of-day settlement
• refer members to relevant services and departments.
