What you'll do

• Lead and oversee the contract through its full life cycle
• ensure work meets contractual requirements, performance standards, company policies, and applicable regulations
• set goals and deadlines
• conduct program and customer reviews
• oversee contract modifications and negotiations
• manage profit and loss, budgets, forecasts, costs, and revenue
• assess performance and operational efficiency
• work with union representatives
• supervise personnel and oversee daily operations.
