What you'll do

• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates
• maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system
• assist with job advertisements and sourcing
• coordinate background checks, drug screenings, references, and onboarding documentation
• prepare recruiting reports and hiring metrics
• partner with hiring managers and HR
• assist with recruiting events and community outreach
• monitor requisitions and candidate pipelines
• support employer branding
• and maintain compliance and confidentiality.
