What you'll do

• Lead restaurant operations by applying policies, procedures, standards, training programs, and cultural expectations
• support the General Manager in developing team members
• perform and train across restaurant stations
• oversee cash management and nightly report packaging
• supervise scheduled shifts
• complete opening and closing checklists, line checks, cleaning checklists, and food safety processes
• maintain facilities standards and preventive maintenance plans.
