What you'll do

  • Interview, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate employees
  • ensure client records and documentation meet agency, billing, regulatory, and licensing standards
  • monitor productivity and daily program functions
  • provide individual and group supervision and facilitate staff meetings
  • manage referral tracking, fiscal reporting, and grant oversight
  • collaborate with stakeholders and community partners
  • carry cases as assigned
  • participate in on-call rotation if required by the program.

Why this role

Clinical positions require a master’s degree in social work or counseling and Maine state licensure; LCSW or LCPC is preferred, while LMSW-cc and LCPC-c will be considered.
