What you'll do

• Own B2C marketing strategy and day-to-day execution
• generate qualified homeowner leads and booked consultations
• manage Google Ads, paid social, and digital campaigns
• manage HubSpot, automation, lead nurture, attribution, and reporting
• build landing pages, offers, forms, email campaigns, and conversion paths
• lead content strategy
• collaborate with the videographer
• partner with sales/design
• drive local SEO, reviews, website performance, email, and social media
• manage vendors
• test channels, campaigns, creative, and AI tools
• maintain the marketing calendar.
