What you'll do

• Lead applied donor data strategy and align data use with fundraising priorities
• partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytics and decision-support solutions
• oversee predictive models and advanced analytics
• establish standards for reporting logic, SQL, documentation, testing, and deployment
• lead dashboards and standardized reporting
• mentor on complex queries and reports
• build and develop the Data Solutions & Insights team
• promote CRM adoption and consistent data governance.
