What you'll do

• Perform routine building maintenance, repairs, and inspections
• assist with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, HVAC, appliance, and general repairs within experience
• respond to maintenance requests and resident safety concerns
• maintain rooms, common areas, equipment, and exterior areas
• document preventive maintenance tasks as assigned
• perform groundskeeping and snow or ice removal as needed
• maintain tools and supplies
• assist with room turnovers, furniture moves, deliveries, and event setup
• follow safety, infection-control, and emergency procedures
• communicate concerns and repair priorities.
