What you'll do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical systems
- service chillers, boilers, controls, and related components
- perform preventive maintenance
- install or replace equipment and components
- communicate repair recommendations
- complete service reports and work orders
- coordinate schedules with dispatch
- participate in an on-call rotation, including evenings and weekends
- maintain tools and vehicles
- and provide technical guidance to junior technicians as needed.
