What you'll do

• Serve as the primary contact for enterprise customers
• manage daily shipment operations
• coordinate with Sales, Account Management, Carrier Operations, and leadership
• track account metrics and service-level agreements
• help implement products and processes
• and document standard operating procedures for transitioning daily tasks to offshore support teams.
