What you'll do

• Label and stock ingredients
• measure ingredients and seasonings
• wash and chop vegetables and cut meat
• set up workstations
• store food properly
• complete opening and closing checklists
• maintain a clean and sanitary prep area
• assist with kitchen and dining-area cleaning
• follow sanitation procedures and health regulations
• work cooperatively with the team.
