What you'll do

• Gather requirements and map end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes
• configure and administer Coupa, SAP, and supporting applications
• support integrations among SAP, Coupa, expense systems, banking networks, and vendors
• resolve complex production and middleware issues
• provide Tier 3 application support
• maintain technical documentation, architecture maps, training materials, and SOPs
• identify bottlenecks and use automation and analytics to improve workflows.
