Job overview
The Residential Services Coordinator – Third Shift role is onsite in Springfield, IL. The schedule is 10:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m., including every other weekend. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour. Hope provides clinical, educational, and therapeutic services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including autism. Under the Director of Residential Services, the coordinator supports residential staffing and administrative operations. The role maintains schedules, coordinates overtime and medical-trip staffing, checks payroll punches, tracks attendance, and sends recertification training notices while supporting compliance with youth rights and program requirements.
What you'll do
- Maintain residential work schedules and help fill overtime vacancies
- post and award overtime according to guidelines
- assign staff to accompany youth on medical trips
- update employee status in ADP
- send recertification training notices
- verify staff schedules against hours worked and review missing punches twice weekly
- notify managers about tardiness and absenteeism
- maintain employee call-list contact information
- act as a mandated reporter
- support compliance with youth rights and applicable program requirements.
