Nutrition and Wellness Coach

The Nutrition and Wellness Coach role is onsite at Rooted Oaks Ranch in Magnolia, TX, and pays $150–$200 per hour. What you'll do

• Lead nutrition and wellness workshops, talks, and small-group conversations during retreats and day programs
• cover topics such as stress and sleep, mindful eating, nourishing the nervous system, and sustainable routines
• tailor sessions to each retreat in partnership with the Wellness Director
• prepare and set up the session space and leave it ready for the next group
• communicate with retreat staff before and after sessions and share concerns about guest well-being.
