What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one job coaching and career guidance
• assist with resumes, interview preparation, and job search strategies
• build relationships with local employers
• monitor client progress during placement and retention
• conduct vocational assessments
• collaborate with case managers, support staff, and community partners
• maintain case notes and required documentation.

Why this role

Prior job coaching, workforce development, or vocational rehabilitation experience is preferred. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred; a valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
