The work supports consistent meals and a clean, safe kitchen for residents and the dining services team.

What you'll do

• Prepare and serve food using quality ingredients and appropriate garnishes
• follow recipes and portion sizes
• record food and equipment temperatures
• label and store food
• control waste
• clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas
• check supply inventory
• store vendor deliveries
• and report equipment or safety issues.
