What you'll do

• Conduct legal research
• draft memos, pleadings, motions, and orders as requested
• proofread and e-file documents
• manage case tasks and milestones in the case management system
• prepare files and attorneys for hearings and trials
• keep clients informed and prepared
• provide matter updates after hearings
• translate for an attorney as needed
• respond to client questions under attorney supervision
• document matter notes in the case management system.
