What you'll do

• Maintain compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, customer requirements, and internal policies
• develop quality procedures and standards
• support audits and resolve findings
• monitor process capability and SPC data
• manage customer quality issues and corrective actions
• coordinate PPAP and supplier quality activities
• oversee calibration systems and measurement equipment
• lead and develop Quality Department personnel
• collaborate on root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
