What you'll do

• Coordinate educational programs and orientation for licensed and unlicensed staff
• identify staff competencies and educational needs
• track mandatory education
• maintain employee health files
• manage TB screening and vaccination tracking
• monitor and investigate employee injuries and exposures
• conduct nursing rounds to evaluate care
• promote compliance with facility policies, resident rights, and regulations
• maintain safety and infection control standards
• serve as a clinical resource and support performance improvement.
