The Commercial Cleaning Contractor opportunity is onsite in Frederick, MD. Pay is $25–$30 per hour. Nexodus Clean is expanding its independent contractor provider network to service designated commercial and industrial facilities.

What you'll do

• As scoped in service agreements, providers may perform general cleaning, floor care, restroom and common-area cleaning, minor facility upkeep, and agreed painting touch-ups or light repairs.
• Providers use their own methods, equipment, and schedule, follow site safety protocols, and supply their own tools, transportation, and supplies unless otherwise specified.
