• maintain daily logs and three-week lookahead schedules
• coordinate subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, manpower, equipment, and supplies
• monitor workmanship and quality
• review shop drawings and field measurements
• purchase authorized jobsite supplies
• escalate proposed changes
• communicate project status to clients
• supervise field labor.
