The generalist initially builds recruiting and hiring processes, then takes on broader business operations, pricing, finance, sales strategy, and AI-powered automation. The role structures ambiguous problems and drives solutions and processes that help the company scale.

What you'll do

• Build recruiting processes, candidate pipelines, and hiring workflows
• own cross-functional operations including contracts, billing, accounting coordination, insurance, and administration
• support pricing, revenue, finance, sales strategy, and company operations
• build AI tools, agents, automations, and workflows
• structure ambiguous problems and drive solutions through execution
• partner with senior leadership
• build scalable processes and systems.
