What you'll do

• Prepare handmade yeast rolls, cakes, pies, specialty desserts, and other baked items
• prepare weekend breakfast bakery items to meet production needs
• follow the buffet production system, Golden Corral recipes and standards, and the Bakery and Dessert Café Production Guide
• maintain freshness, presentation, portioning, and recipe yields
• assist guests with baked goods
• complete duty roster tasks and follow local health department laws.
