What you'll do

• Receive and respond to calls from customers, Nevada Highway Patrol, freeway service patrol drivers, and coworkers by phone, radio, and computer-aided dispatch
• evaluate requests and dispatch the closest available driver
• monitor driver activity, assignments, safety, status, and locations
• operate communications equipment
• answer calls courteously and promptly
• respond to customer questions or refer them to a lead or supervisor.
