What you'll do

• Oversee caregivers and clients in an assigned territory
• orient and train caregivers on client needs, incident reporting, ADLs, and conduct
• evaluate performance and provide coaching
• conduct caregiver meetings and client supervisory visits
• support client onboarding and care-plan activities
• report incidents
• review care notes and EVV compliance
• maintain documentation and provide weekly and monthly reports.
