What you'll do

• Recruit, engage, and support participants
• assess goals, skills, interests, barriers, and service needs
• develop individualized career pathway plans and provide follow-up coaching
• coordinate case management and referrals to training, employers, community resources, supportive services, and financial coaching
• assist with resumes, interviews, job searches, and workplace readiness
• track outcomes and maintain accurate records
• follow program policies, WIOA requirements, confidentiality standards, and contract expectations
• build relationships with employers and workforce partners
• represent the organization at meetings and events.
