What you'll do

• Answer and direct telephone calls
• transfer callers to appropriate employees or voicemail
• provide facility information
• receive, sort, and forward mail
• coordinate express mail pickup and delivery
• assist with ordering, receiving, stocking, and distributing office supplies
• perform copying, faxing, filing, and other clerical duties
• participate in process improvement initiatives.
