What you'll do

• Lead and participate in bathroom remodels, including demolition, installation, finish work, and final punch
• take accurate in-home measurements and ensure materials are ordered
• ensure work meets code and customer expectations
• resolve on-site issues
• train and coach installers
• manage schedules and workflow
• communicate with customers
• document progress using CompanyCam and internal systems
• track job costs and material use
• coordinate supplier deliveries
• ensure project completion and final customer payments.
