Lead Reformer Pilates Instructor

The Lead Reformer Pilates Instructor works onsite in Fitchburg, MA. Pay is $30–$60 per hour. The role will help Crunch Fitness develop and launch a Reformer Pilates program. This part-time position combines teaching with program development, helping shape equipment choices, class schedules, staffing, and member experience. The instructor will also help recruit, train, and support instructors as the program grows.

What you'll do

• Teach Reformer Pilates classes on a regular part-time schedule
• work with ownership to develop and launch the program
• provide input on equipment, class sizes, and weekly schedules
• help recruit and select instructors
• train and onboard instructors
• provide ongoing team guidance
• evaluate member demand and adjust programming as it develops.
